Zola is looking for a data-driven and performance-obsessed Director / Senior Director of Growth Marketing to lead acquisition. This role is highly impactful and visible, reporting to the CMO and liaising with the leadership team. The position is responsible for the full media budget, owning the growth roadmap, and scaling user acquisition with efficiency and impact. The candidate will oversee Zola’s paid marketing across various channels including paid search, paid social, audio, podcasts, influencers, digital video, and SEO. Collaboration with the VP of Marketing Strategy, Senior Director of Lifecycle, Director of Brand, and in-house creative team is essential to drive cross-channel campaigns that acquire and convert high-value customers.
