About The Position

Responsible for the management of all investor relations activities. Responsibilities include: managing the flow of financial and other information between the company, its shareholders and the financial community; acting as a company spokesperson to position and market the company to investors and potential investors; developing strategies and implementing programs to keep the financial community current on company performance and industry trends; advising company management and board of directors about financial and industry trends, shareholders concerns and competitors actions that may impact the company. Also responsible for coordinating and responding to various investors on all Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues.
