  • Excellent communication skills for creating presentations for senior leadership.

  • Ability to foster collaboration in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with leadership to maintain a strategic overview of headcount, contractors, and full-time employees.
  • Ensure timely execution of critical business processes such as check-ins, review cycles, and performance management.
  • Incorporate key elements of Salesforce activities and deadlines into operational plans and templates.
  • Work closely with deck-building team members to create impactful presentations for executive leadership.
  • Support the annual planning cycle and other operational processes to align team goals with overall business objectives.
  • Partner directly with the SVP to translate high-level executive directives into actionable plans.
