About The Position
The Director/Sr. Director of Biology will be instrumental in expanding Firefly Bio's capabilities to functionally characterize Degrader Antibody Conjugates (DAC) and developing translational plans to support identification and validation for target indications. They will oversee a team of biologists and participate in evaluating novel drug conjugates for applications in oncology, and other areas of unmet medical need. Additionally, the role will be responsible for program leadership and have the opportunity to propose novel treatment ideas. The title and compensation package will be based on experience and relevant skills. This is an on-site role with lab-facing responsibilities.
