About The Position
Provides executive-level leadership and strategic direction for the comprehensive athletic training outreach program. This role will have system-wide responsibility for overseeing the delivery of high-quality sports medicine services via athletic trainers supporting partner high schools, colleges, professional teams, club level sports and middle schools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6 years recent relevant experience
- Knowledge of business development, community partnerships, and community outreach.
- Knowledge of running a health system based athletic trainer program.
- Knowledge of pre-participation physicals.
- Knowledge from working across a highly matrixed health care organization.
Nice To Haves
- Current certification and continuing education requirements as set forth by the National Athletic Trainers’ Association Board of Certification preferred
