About The Position

Loud And Live is a high-growth entertainment, lifestyle, and culture-led platform operating at the intersection of live events, marketing, music, sports, and content. Headquartered in Miami, we create immersive, premium experiences that captivate audiences and deliver measurable impact for partners. Our owned and operated marquee events serve as powerful platforms for brands to show up with relevance, connect with consumers, and drive business outcomes. Through a differentiated flywheel of proprietary IP, marketing services, and immersive live experiences, Loud And Live delivers measurable brand impact while creating culturally relevant moments that resonate with modern audiences. Partnership revenue is a central driver of our growth, and we are seeking an elite business development leader to accelerate that trajectory. The Director of Business Development, Partnerships is a hunter role responsible for originating, developing, and closing transformative brand partnerships across Loud And Live’s portfolio of events. This individual will operate at the front line of revenue generation, opening doors, creating demand, and converting opportunities into long-term, high-value partnerships. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the Director will carry a significant quota and will be accountable for personally driving six-figure and multi-year partnerships, while delivering against seven-figure annual revenue targets. Success requires executive presence, consultative selling excellence, and the ability to position Loud And Live as a strategic marketing partner—not simply a sponsorship vendor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of experience in partnership sales, sponsorship, business development, experiential marketing, live events, media, sports, and/or entertainment.
  • Proven track record of independently closing six-figure and multi-year partnerships; experience closing seven-figure partnerships strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated hunter mindset: proactive prospecting, disciplined pipeline building, and consistent quota attainment.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with executive-level presence; exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities.
  • High proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); skilled in creating compelling decks and sales materials.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with ambitious targets.

Responsibilities

  • Individually source, pitch, negotiate, and close six-figure, multi-year partnerships; consistently deliver against seven-figure annual targets.
  • Secure and conduct partnership development meetings through relationship leverage, referrals, CRM tools and proactive cold outreach.
  • Research and identify priority industries, categories, and organizations to solicit for partnerships, building targeted account lists and outreach plans.
  • Conceptualize, develop, and secure key partnerships with brands seeking to maximize their relationship with Loud And Live’s portfolio of events.
  • Understand the marketing and business objectives of prospective clients and their agencies; translate needs into insight-led partnership platforms.
  • Work with the partnership development team to manage key category development and platform ideation for new and existing partners.
  • Partner with business development and strategy teams to design high-level vision decks and lead interactive practice pitch meetings.
  • Manage a pipeline of new business prospects for the entire partnership sales team; maintain high-velocity opportunity flow.
  • Own and update the CRM tool with rigor, including master tracker, deal pipeline, contact lists, meeting notes, and next steps.
  • Provide clear weekly reporting and accurate forecasting to senior leadership; proactively identify opportunities, risks and needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers with corporate brands and/or their respective agencies.
  • Build trust as a strategic partner and advisor, expanding access and increasing renewal, upsell and cross-sell potential over time.
  • Negotiate and close partnership deals, partnering with counsel through contract execution and ensuring commercial terms align with company goals.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure partnership concepts are executable and set up for renewal, growth, and long-term enterprise value creation.
  • Partner cross-functionally with strategy, marketing, production, and events teams to ensure partnership concepts are both innovative and executable.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with the business development team and senior executives to report on progress against event and annual sales targets.
  • Provide market intelligence, category insights, and competitive updates to help inform go-to-market strategy.
