About The Position

Concentrix is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial, and progressive sales leader for our iX Suite of AI services. This role bridges the gap between cutting-edge artificial intelligence products and real-world customer needs. You will work closely with new logo sales and account management, product, and engineering teams to craft tailored solutions that drive business transformation. This individual will provide thought leadership to our enterprise clients across all iX Suite engagements. This position will be remote/WAH and can be performed anywhere in the United States of America.

Requirements

  • Experience scaling enterprise clients with AI technology, preferably in a BPO environment.
  • Functional understanding and experience selling AI solutions.
  • Expert business development skills.
  • Expert business knowledge with invoicing, SOWs, margins, and utilization.
  • Minimum of 3 years selling AI and/or AgenticAI solutions.
  • Minimum of 5 years shaping, solutioning, and negotiating large complex, creative, and innovative deals.
  • Deep knowledge of the AI ecosystem.
  • Experience with senior executive client relationship building and management.
  • Experience collaborating with and supporting sales teams of new logo sellers and account managers to bring our iX Suite of solutions into the overall sale.
  • Demonstrated history of success in prospecting new business opportunities and executing sales strategies to consistently surpass sales targets.
  • Capacity for visionary thinking to conceptualize expansive and transformative ideas for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead solutions, boost sales, support account management, provide expert consulting, and oversee all operational dimensions.
  • Drive overall account growth through business development and thought leadership.
  • Partner with Sales Account Executives to understand client AI needs and create solutions that best address these business challenges.
  • Manage engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, defining deliverable content, and ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.
  • Responsible for the profitability and revenue expectations of all iX Suite offerings.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and maturation of iX Suite offerings.
  • Empower business growth through strategic insights, cutting-edge tools, and expert knowledge to effectively secure client engagements.
