We are looking for a Director of Solutions to lead and scale our Solutions team (currently 5 members) and play a pivotal role in shaping how VTS brings its full product vision to market. This leader will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership, translating product innovation into compelling, outcome-oriented narratives that resonate with prospective customers. You will own how we visualize, communicate, and demonstrate the value of our platform—ensuring our go-to-market (GTM) story is clear, differentiated, and continuously evolving. Critically, this role will also lead the evolution of VTS’s end-to-end platform narrative, bringing together our Lease and Activate products into a cohesive, compelling story. You will partner closely with Product to help define how these offerings connect—from data to tenant experience—and ensure that story is effectively translated into the field.This role is critical to ensuring that VTS fully capitalizes on its product innovation—across both Lease and Activate—by clearly articulating its value to the market. You will directly influence how customers understand, adopt, and succeed with our platform, while helping define how VTS brings together leasing, data, and tenant experience into a differentiated, market-leading offering. This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is deeply data-oriented, and excels at crafting impactful stories that drive revenue.
