We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Solutions Consultant to join our Pershing team. This role is located in Jersey City, NJ. Overview: We are seeking a Technology Solutions Architect specializing in Wealth Management to support the design, consulting, and execution of technology initiatives for our most strategic clients. The role focuses on delivering unified wealth platforms and advancing Wealth as a Service (WaaS) capabilities to position BNY Pershing as the leading provider in the US.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Experience as a Technology Solutions Consultant or similar role within Wealth Management or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of wealth management platforms and technology trends, including WaaS.
• Proven ability to engage with strategic clients and translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, APIs, and system integration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in wealth management technology.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships between our strategic clients and BNY Pershing's engineering teams to ensure alignment and responsiveness to client needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, anticipating their technology needs and proactively connecting them with appropriate BNY resources.
• Provide expert consulting on technology solutions that align with client goals and BNY Pershing's unified wealth platform strategy.
• Support the design, configuration, and implementation of integrated wealth management solutions.
• Provide oversight for technology initiatives and be the senior level escalation point for our clients' engineering leaders.
• Facilitate communication between client stakeholders and internal teams including architects, engineers, and product managers.
• Identify opportunities to enhance platform capabilities and client experience by sharing feedback and trends observed with product and engineering leaders.
• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory standards and internal security policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and best practices.
• Support knowledge sharing and mentoring within the technology consulting team.
