We’re looking for an experienced Director, Solution Engineers to join the MealSuite team. Reporting directly to the SVP of Sales & Revenue, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our customer experience strategy - establishing the processes, standards, and culture that will ensure every customer journey is seamless, impactful, and aligned with our mission to deliver exceptional value.

Requirements

  • I gained my knowledge through formal education (Bachelor’s or MBA in Business, Technology, or related fields), 10+ years of direct experience in, sales, SaaS, and leadership roles in global customer service organizations including an additional 5+ years of direct experience with leading and managing a team.
  • I’m willing to occasionally travel and have a valid passport and no travel restrictions that limit my ability to cross the border between Canada and the USA (and other international locations if required for role).
  • I thrive in an agile environment that is constantly changing and encourages team members to collectively collaborate and communicate

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the SE Team to perform as a high performance team, resulting in achieving or exceeding account targets. Support TA activities, training, performance management of SE team
  • Establish and execute strategies to optimize the pre-sales technical function. Forecast revenue from accounts and contribute to strategy planning.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, Sales Enablement and AEs teams to ensure a high win and retention rates
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement processes to improve account management efficiency and reporting.
  • Serve as an escalation point for key clients to resolve issues
