About The Position

PatientIQ is a fast-growing health technology company empowering providers, industry partners, and researchers to improve patient outcomes. Our platform enables organizations to collect, measure, and analyze patient-reported outcomes and clinical data to drive insights, enhance value-based care, and support continuous improvement. We are seeking a Director, Solution Consulting & Enablement to lead key functions within our commercial team. This role oversees Solution Consulting, Sales Development, and Commercial Enablement—helping to scale our go-to-market execution and accelerate growth. You’ll manage and mentor team members, partner closely with sales and marketing, and ensure our commercial organization is equipped to consistently win in the market.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in SaaS, health tech, or enterprise software with pre-sales, sales, or enablement experience.
  • 2+ years managing Solution Consultants, SDRs, or similar commercial teams.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare data, workflows, and value-based care.
  • Proven success driving sales activities, pipeline, improving win rates, and scaling enablement programs.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Solution Consulting: Manage and develop Solution Consultants; drive compelling demos, proposals, and clinical/technical expertise to support sales cycles.
  • Oversee Sales Development: Direct SDR team strategy, pipeline generation, coaching, and alignment with marketing and sales goals.
  • Drive Enablement & Growth: Build programs that improve onboarding, training, methodology adoption, and sales productivity across the commercial organization.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Implementation to ensure consistent messaging, seamless handoffs, and strong execution.
  • Shape Strategy: Surface customer and market insights to influence product, go-to-market approaches, and commercial playbooks.
