We are seeking a Director of Software Sales to lead strategic enterprise engagements in the U.S. market. This is a high-impact, consultative sales leadership role where you'll influence senior executives, shape transformational deals, and close opportunities that deliver multi-million-dollar value.

  • Lead enterprise software sales engagements with senior executives across supply chain, operations, and digital transformation.
  • Manage a consultative sales process - from discovery, influence, and business case development to negotiation and closing.
  • Build long-term trusted relationships with enterprise customers.
  • Partner with marketing, solutions, and customer success teams to ensure customer adoption and growth.
  • Represent OpsVeda at industry events, conferences, and client meetings (up to 30% travel).
  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with a proven record of closing large and complex deals.
  • Background in supply chain, ERP, or digital transformation highly desirable.
  • Ability to lead by influence, set deal strategy, and coach junior sales executives.
  • Skilled at uncovering business needs, building ROI-driven cases, and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong closing skills, hunger to win, and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
