Your Mission The Product Management Department is building a best-in-class team in support of Stellantis’ Software Business Product Management Team and adding a talented Customer Journey. As a member of the Team your mission is to lead product management for the customer journey holistically and plan across web and mobile.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management.
  • Proven experience leading mobile product strategy and delivery at scale.
  • Model a bias for speed and decisive action, removing blockers, accelerating delivery, and empowering teams to move quickly while maintaining quality.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex digital ecosystems and customer journeys across multiple platforms.
  • Experience working with crossfunctional engineering, design, and business teams in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights, recommendations, and measurable product improvements.
  • Strong collaboration skills with a track record of building trust and alignment across diverse partners.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in automotive, mobility, connected services, or subscriptionbased digital products.
  • Background leading global teams or working in a multiregion product structure.
  • Deep understanding of UX principles, user research, and customercentered design practices.
  • Experience driving experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, rapid prototyping, iterative validation).
  • Strong understanding of backend system integration, platform architecture, or largescale system modernization.
  • Located in Michigan.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global customer journey strategy across mobile, web, instore, and marketplace experiences for 14 brands and 16M+ users.
  • Own and evolve all customerfacing interfaces, driving seamless B2C and B2B experiences and accelerating growth in payments, subscriptions, and connected services.
  • Build and scale a highperforming product organization, fostering strong crossfunctional partnerships and a culture of speed, experimentation, and decisive action.
  • Launch and continuously improve the global mobile app (SPACE) and related digital platforms, reducing friction and transforming complex onboarding flows into minutes.
  • Use data, research, and UX insights to prioritize roadmaps, guide rapid testing and iteration, and deliver measurable improvements across offcar and incar experiences.
  • Shape longterm platform strategy with engineering and architecture teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and futureready customer experiences.
