As a Capital One Director of Software Engineering, you'll work on implementing some of the technology advanced products using cutting-edge open source frameworks, to highly-available RESTful microservices, to back-end Java based systems and Machine learning models using the latest techniques in Big Data. In this role at Risk Tech, you will work with our internal Audit team to provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to help build best-in-class products for capital one. You will be a thought leader in this space to ensure we are building a world class product that is scalable, resilient, multi-tenant and can support a variety of use cases. You will be responsible to lead the teams with setting up the right vision, best in the industry engineering culture and developer experience. You will also closely partner with product partners and other stakeholders to define the strategy that will position Audit products to be the best in class product for enterprise users. Additionally, you will provide mentorship and strategic guidance to your direct reports helping them grow in their career at Capital One.
