About the Team The Payroll Modernization (PayMod) team leads the migration of the largest U.S. workforce to a new payroll system while enhancing system architecture for global scalability. This team manages complex, large-scale programs by applying advanced project management, stakeholder engagement, and technical design expertise. Collaborating cross-functionally, members deliver scalable, efficient solutions aligned with evolving business needs. The team emphasizes disciplined program execution, clarity, risk mitigation, and process optimization to ensure successful outcomes and sustained system reliability across multiple initiatives. Summary The Director, Software Engineering – Payroll Modernization leads the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions aligned with business objectives. This role oversees architecture, coding standards, testing strategies, and deployment pipelines to ensure high-quality, secure, and efficient products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the director drives continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and innovation while managing resources and stakeholder expectations.
