About The Position

The Property Intelligence Engineering role at CoreLogic focuses on leading engineering teams to develop innovative data and analytics solutions for the real estate industry. This position is integral to driving next-generation solution development, overseeing the ideation, building, and delivery of new products and services, particularly in cloud marketplaces. The role emphasizes collaboration with product and business leaders to align technology initiatives with corporate strategies and objectives.

Requirements

  • BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, combined with direct management experience.
  • 4+ years of experience building, leading, managing, and mentoring high-performance engineering teams.
  • Previous hands-on leadership experience in cloud and data marketplace solution design and delivery at scale (Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, Google/Amazon/Microsoft marketplaces).
  • Expertise in products and features of Salesforce, Snowflake, and Databricks or related platforms.
  • Proven track record of leading teams that have successfully built and launched products in highly scalable growth markets.
  • Experience in building an organization within a fast-paced and highly regarded technology company, with transformational change leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of creating value through enterprise technology, data, and application architecture principles.
  • Positive client engagement at senior levels, managing and navigating with peers and business line leaders.
  • High P&L acumen with proven appreciation for meeting financial commitments and delivering high-value solutions on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the delivery of innovative, best-in-class data and analytics solutions through CoreLogic platforms, cloud, and data marketplaces such as Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, etc.
  • Manage teams of Software Engineers and Technical Product Managers to architect and design modern, enterprise software products and solutions.
  • Coach, train, and mentor direct reports, providing opportunities for employee development.
  • Have full performance management responsibilities, develop goals and assign work to staff to ensure that broad and strategic goals and objectives are met.
  • Delegate assignments to subordinate staff, coordinating efforts and meeting goals across multiple locations.
  • Develop relationships in other areas/groups to facilitate collaboration.
  • Authorize product iterations, approve designs and cost estimates for iterations, set priorities, and administer budgets.
  • Participate in long-range planning and ensure overall budgets, schedules, and performance standards are attained.
  • Address critical day-to-day operational issues, remove barriers, and resolve issues.
