About The Position

You are a dynamic, critical thinker who can see multiple dimensions in creating successful social strategy and see it through to every status update. A hybrid writer-planner-researcher, not only can you use listening tools, you have the ability to identify critical behavioral insights that make a difference in the lives of people in social networks, and the businesses of our clients. You agree that the best way to achieve business goals is by helping, not selling, and can be the crucial part of a team that guides our clients through thinking like a journalist, planning like a radio station, and writing like a screenplay. You know that the brand's role is to facilitate stronger relationships between people in the network. You are the “editor-at-large” within the client engagement. You are responsible for creating content and programs that bridge the brand perspective with the consumer's network. You are able to assess a client need, figure out most appropriate communication platforms, and ultimately direct staff to ensure the work/message takes contextual nuances into consideration. You typically are first to identify new trends developing within the social media space, and provide insight/direction to spark new programs and content development.
