You know that the brand's role is to facilitate stronger relationships between people in the network. You are the “editor-at-large” within the client engagement. You are responsible for creating content and programs that bridge the brand perspective with the consumer's network. You are able to assess a client need, figure out most appropriate communication platforms, and ultimately direct staff to ensure the work/message takes contextual nuances into consideration. You typically are first to identify new trends developing within the social media space, and provide insight/direction to spark new programs and content development.
