About The Position
The Director - Small Business Banking Sales is responsible for managing and coaching a team of 10-20 phone-based Small Business Banking Consultants and Relationship Specialists. This role focuses on new business development, credit quality, and risk management, primarily targeting commercial customers with revenues ranging from six figures to multi-millions and loan sizes up to $5 million. The Director collaborates with Consumer Banking Leadership to leverage retail branch platforms and external contacts to expand lending and deposit opportunities, while also overseeing compliance and regulatory matters for the department.
