The Director of Site Merchandising for our Home eCommerce business is a critical leader in shaping the customer site experience, overseeing everything from visual merchandising to content strategy to functionality and department-level campaign planning and execution. They'll drive impact, improvement, and innovation to create a truly frictionless online shopping experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Ten years related experience in Site Merchandising, eCommerce, Merchandising, or related field.
• Experience leading large teams.
• Master's Degree in Business or related field.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in eCommerce merchandising, UI/UX, interactive and visual design, business management, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Creating an exemplary site experience for our Hardlines eCommerce business.
• Driving the holistic site strategy, using customer insights to tell a cohesive story and create a seamless customer experience.
• Overseeing visual site merchandising and content strategy, site functionality including navigation, hierarchy, search and browse, new product onboarding, and more.
• Identifying key trends, defining the department's storytelling roadmap, and using functionalities like taxonomy and search to enhance the customer journey.
• Monitoring site health and performance through analytics and key metrics.
• Overseeing the development of site metrics and dashboards to monitor site health.
• Advising and partnering with various internal teams to improve processes and identify opportunities.
• Creating and helping scale best-in-class efficient workflows, processes, and timelines.
• Managing, coaching, and training a team of high-performing associates.
