About The Position

The Director of Site Merchandising for the Collectibles & Pop Culture eCommerce business is a strategic leader responsible for shaping the customer site experience. This includes visual merchandising, content strategy, site functionality, and campaign planning. The role drives innovation and operational excellence to deliver a frictionless online shopping experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in merchandising, visual design, business management, or related area and 6 years' experience in eCommerce merchandising, UI/UX, interactive and visual design, business management, or related area OR 8 years' experience in eCommerce merchandising, UI/UX, interactive and visual design, business management, or related area.
  • 3 years' supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Creating a Seamless Site Experience:
  • Lead holistic site strategy using customer insights to guide visual merchandising, content, navigation, search, product onboarding, and more.
  • Storytelling Through the Site:
  • Define storytelling roadmaps and use taxonomy and search to enhance the customer journey.
  • Monitoring Site Health:
  • Develop metrics and dashboards to track performance and provide strategic insights.
  • Strategic Partnership:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, scale best practices, and refine site strategy.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Establish efficient workflows and processes, embed excellence in execution, and develop team capabilities.
  • Talent Leadership:
  • Manage, coach, and train a high-performing team.

  • The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
  • Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
