We're backed by top investors including Insight, Iconiq, Lightspeed, GIC, SoftBank, and Quadrille. This is a critical, senior leadership role. You will strategically own and elevate ezCater's entire data-driven optimization ecosystem, encompassing site analytics, advanced behavioral insights, and experimentation across all customer and supplier experiences. This role serves as the central point of truth for user interaction understanding, from discovery and conversion to fulfillment and delivery. The ideal candidate is obsessed with maximizing business outcomes through optimization, data science, machine learning, and relentless customer-centric optimization. You will lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Analysts, and Data Scientists, empowering them to generate new predictive signals, diagnose complex friction points, and shape the end-to-end user journey. You will champion the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to drive personalization, forecast performance, and automate intelligent experimentation. You will monitor and interpret performance across the full conversion and engagement funnel, connecting data to measurable business impact. You will partner deeply with Product, Engineering, and Marketing leadership to define the data strategy, implement best-in-class tooling, and institutionalize a culture of rigorous, data-informed decision-making.
