About The Position
The Director of Shared Services will report to the Sr. Director of Shared Services and will oversee Accounts Payable, Travel & Entertainment related activities/audits, and Data Quality. This role will have managers as well as independent contributors reporting to it. The position involves analyzing existing workflows to ensure responsibilities are clearly defined, documented, and measurable, ensuring the operation of monitoring controls over staff work product, and monitoring metrics and team performance to ensure effective resource deployment and cross-training. The Director will work with the global accounting organization to ensure that inputs into the general ledger are complete, timely, and accurate, while proactively driving process improvement and efficiency. Additionally, the role requires coordinating communication with leaders from the Sales, Human Resources, and Legal Organizations.
