About The Position
The Director - Services Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service organization at SHI International Corp. This role includes managing processes, tools, the PSA platform, services presales, the services delivery partner ecosystem, and customer billing. The Director will lead a team of Services Managers and is expected to report to the SHI Austin office location as determined by management.
