The Director Service Sales will be responsible for driving the commercial strategy and execution for the service division. Essential Functions and Main Duties Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive service revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. Identify opportunities to optimize service revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and new service offerings. Ensure service activities comply with regulatory standards and internal quality assurance processes. Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align service strategies with overall business goals. Monitor and analyze service performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and making data-driven decisions to improve service delivery.
