About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Executive Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be a key driver to proactively deliver on senior level recruitment needs within the various Business Units and have responsibility for managing an end to end recruiting process. The Talent Acquisition Director Partner will act as a consultative business partner for the Hiring Managers and the HR Business Partners to anticipate and meet the recruiting needs of the business. In this position you will play a crucial role in helping our organization achieve its growth objectives by sourcing, assessing, and placing high-caliber talent globally. Talent Acquisition Director will be a member of the Global Senior Talent Management team.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 12 years of Staffing/Recruitment experience (pharmaceutical recruiting experience is strongly preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Executive Recruiter or similar role, with a demonstrated ability to recruit for executive-level positions.
  • Strong understanding of executive search methodologies, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
  • Large corporate environment experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract executive-level candidates, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and online job boards.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future executive roles.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.
  • Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring activity, candidate pipeline, and other relevant data.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and systems.
