About The Position
Baylor University seeks an experienced and visionary leader for the position of Director/Sr. Director, Market Engagement and Innovation Strategy. This role is pivotal in advancing Baylor's mission to foster global human flourishing. The incumbent will lead the development and operations of the Applied Innovation Laboratory for Global Human Flourishing, driving forward innovative research and interdisciplinary collaborations. Additionally, the role will spearhead market and community engagement initiatives, creating and implementing strategies to translate research into actionable frameworks that promote human flourishing at both local and global levels. This is a remote position with frequent travel to/from campus. This position is temporary with an anticipated end date one year from start. Pending performance and the availability of funding, this position may be extended.
