About The Position
Caraway is seeking a Director/ Senior Director of Digital Product to lead and scale our digital ecosystem—driving innovation, optimizing every digital touchpoint, and building a seamless, high-performing shopping experience for our customers. This leadership role will oversee the full digital product funnel, from digital product management and UX design to content, development, and conversion optimization, all while deeply embedded in our Shopify Plus and headless architecture. Your mission: to build a best-in-class digital experience that enhances discovery, improves performance metrics (CVR, AOV, RPS), and supports scalable, sustainable growth across all product lines and lifecycle moments. You will manage and mentor a cross-functional team of product managers, UX/UI designers, content strategists, developers, and key contractors/agencies. You will be a key player in go-to-market execution—ensuring that new launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns are flawlessly brought to life online. You'll drive prioritization, build business cases, and bring a clear, data-backed POV to executive decision-making.
