Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Director, Select Partner Program who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity. The Director, Select Partner Program is responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing a national ecosystem of affiliates, referral partners, and regional strategic relationships. This leader will design the partnership strategy, expand market presence through high‑value relationships, and oversee the full lifecycle of partner recruitment, enablement, performance management, and long-term growth. This role blends strategic business development with operational leadership, ensuring each partner channel meaningfully contributes to revenue, customer acquisition, and brand expansion.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, real estate services, affiliate program leadership, or channel management.
  • Proven experience building and scaling affiliate networks at regional or national level.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, program design, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to influence at executive levels and work cross‑functionally across sales, marketing, legal, and ops.
  • Experience with CRM systems, partner portals, and channel analytics tools.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Development Build the overarching national partnership strategy across real estate, property management, homebuilders, relocation firms, and other aligned verticals.
  • Identify high‑value regional and national partnership opportunities; negotiate agreements, incentives, and co‑marketing structures.
  • Develop scalable partner frameworks, tiering models, and playbooks.
  • Affiliate Network Recruitment & Growth Recruit a national affiliate network, including brokerages, independent agents, regional associations, and specialized partner groups.
  • Build a structured funnel for sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and activating affiliates.
  • Set annual targets for the affiliate network and lead aggressive expansion to new markets.
  • Performance Management & Operations Manage ongoing partner performance through clear KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards.
  • Establish lead routing, attribution, and compensation programs in collaboration with Sales Ops and HR.
  • Optimize partner lifecycle stages – onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and growth.
  • Analytics & Market Insights Track partner‑sourced pipeline, conversion, cost per lead, and ROI.
  • Deliver market intelligence on regional dynamics, competitor strategies, and partnership ecosystem trends.
