We're looking for a Director, Security Services Business Operations to be part of making this happen. Lead the transformation and maturation of Security Services into a center of operational excellence while ensuring seamless daily operations across S2. Reporting to the VP of Program Management & Strategic Projects, this strategic role will drive excellence across three critical pillars: Business Metrics & Analytics (60%), Governance & Standards (30%), and Cultural Leadership & Employee Engagement (10%). This role serves as a force multiplier for the leadership team, translating vision into actionable strategies while ensuring both strategic initiatives and daily operations run efficiently.
