We are looking for a world-class product marketing leader with deep experience in B2B product marketing and expertise in the security and compliance industry. This role will involve managing all aspects of Security and Compliance PMM activities, including messaging, positioning, product launches, and competitive analysis.
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and develop the product marketing team.
- Drive Security and Compliance product messaging and positioning globally.
- Lead the launch strategy for new and updated security products.
- Define ideal customer profiles and ensure GTM teams are equipped to win deals.
- Inform product strategy through partnership with product management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Product, Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success.
- Provide input on packaging and pricing decisions for products.
Requirements
- Expert in the security and compliance market with deep experience driving thought leadership.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, strategy consulting, or product management.
- Prior people management experience.
- Experience across the product marketing spectrum including messaging, positioning, and product launch management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to influence cross-functionally.
- Superb written and oral communication skills.
- Public speaking skills and experience.
- SaaS/technical product marketing experience at a security-focused company.
