  • Lead efforts to enhance organic traffic growth by partnering with product, engineering, and content teams.
  • Drive overall SEO content strategy for Gartner Digital Markets brands.
  • Establish SEO testing best practices and monitor changes in Google algorithms.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and analyze the impact of content at scale.
  • Implement SEO strategies to increase traffic to buyer sites through on-page techniques.
  • Partner with Product & Engineering leaders on prioritizing and implementing SEO improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze site performance and review tracking metrics.
  • Research and evaluate new traffic trends and identify new optimization opportunities.
  • Develop an SEO testing strategy, including evaluating SEO testing tools.
  • Lead a globally distributed team primarily based in Barcelona, Spain and Austin, TX.
  • Manage a positive group dynamic to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Work alongside technical SEO and digital PR teams to deliver a cohesive strategy.
  • 10+ years of Sales and Marketing experience with expertise in SEO content strategy.
  • Expertise with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Knowledge and proven experience with international SEO.
  • BA in Business, Marketing or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution with proven ability to work collaboratively.
  • Extensive experience in strategy formulation, business planning, and execution.
  • Ability to synthesize complex ideas into simple, concise value statements.
  • Comprehensive understanding of competitive markets and marketing strategies.
  • Expertise to create and execute a strategic communications plan for various stakeholders.
  • Strategic leadership skills with the ability to craft and articulate a clear vision.
  • Demonstrated ability to create quantitative based business analysis.
