About The Position

The School-Site Director is responsible for leading the daily operations of a designated school-based Boys & Girls Club site, including program implementation, youth engagement, school-day collaboration, staff supervision, outcome measurement, and community partnership development.    This role serves as the primary liaison between the Club and the host school, ensuring alignment between school-day initiatives and afterschool programming to support academic success, positive behavior, and whole-child development. The School-Site Director advances the mission of creating Great Futures for young people by ensuring high-quality, safe, and engaging programming within the school setting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, youth development, social services, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in youth development or school-based programming.
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively within a school environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of budget preparation and management
  • CPR and First Aid Certification desired.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

  • School-Day Leadership & Collaboration
  • Serve as an active member of the school’s Matriculation and PBIS teams
  • Act as the primary Club liaison to school administration, teachers, and student support staff
  • Identify and support students needing academic, behavioral, attendance, or social-emotional interventions
  • Provide targeted school-day support prior to programming
  • Support student matriculation and transition planning
  • Utilize school and Club data to monitor student performance
  • Ensure continuity between school-day interventions and after-school programming.
  • Program & Club Operations
  • Lead high-quality program implementation aligned to core youth development outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with organizational safety and program quality standards
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized site environment
  • Oversee special events and youth leadership initiatives
  • Drive Club vans as needed.
  • Staff Leadership & Development
  • Recruit, supervise, coach, and evaluate site staff
  • Facilitate weekly staff meetings focused on program quality and youth outcomes
  • Ensure staff are trained in Infinite Campus, DESSA, and MyClubHub Member Tracking Systems.
  • Foster a culture of professionalism and accountability.
  • Data & Outcomes Management
  • Track attendance, participation, and outcome data
  • Analyze data to drive program improvement
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Participate in weekly data and outcomes meetings.
  • Customer & Community Engagement
  • Build strong relationships with parents and families
  • Partner with school leadership and community organizations
  • Represent the organization in school and community meetings
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
