As the Director of Scaled Engage Sales Commerce, you will work with the Scaled leadership team to set strategic objectives that enable business growth and lead the day-to-day operations. You'll take a data driven, analytical approach to sales management to drive performance and influence customer buy in. You'll also lead high-performing account teams by inspiring them to reach for ambitious goals and coaching them on using consultative sales skills to understand our advertisers' marketing objectives to deliver against goals. Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. Requirements
