About The Position
Located in Ashburn office, Director, Secure Access and Enforcement will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of the cybersecurity team of 8-12 members supporting a global mission. This role involves leading a team that operates and maintains the Visa enterprise Secure Access Service Edge capability including the Cloud Access Security Broker, OpenDNS, DLP solutions and other related components. The position reports to the Senior Director, Cyber Operations & Discovery and requires hands-on involvement during problem identification and resolution activities. It demands a blend of technical expertise and leadership capabilities to ensure the security of Visa's on-prem and cloud environments as well as managing and mentoring a team of cybersecurity analysts.
