About The Position

Slice’s mission is simple: help independent pizzerias become more profitable. Slice powers over 10,000 of your favorite pizzerias across the US with discounts on the things they care about and use most (like pizza boxes), an integrated technology stack (POS, Online Ordering, Phone, etc), world-class marketing and advertising services and a community of owners where they can learn, share and thrive together. Slices’ opportunity is massive, and we are just getting started - this is where you come in…. Slice is rapidly expanding its US-based Sales teams, and we need exceptional leaders to develop, scale, and inspire. This is a rare opportunity to combine strategy and execution, guiding managers and field teams while shaping the systems, culture, and processes that power Slice’s growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including managing other managers in a high-velocity, outside-sales environment.
  • Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Comfortable leveraging tools, AI, and data to make smarter decisions and elevate team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple Regional Sales Managers who oversee Territory Managers across key US markets.
  • Ensure every territory is thriving, every manager is developing into a world-class leader, and every rep is consistently hitting goals.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to define strategy, build territory models, forecast accurately, and drive Slice’s revenue engine.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, implementation, and product to ensure the customer journey is seamless from acquisition through long-term success.
