Reporting to the US Sales leader, the Director, Sales Training position will drive strategic selling training leveraging best practices and tactics across the US sales organization. This role will work closely with colleagues in sales leadership, human resources, marketing, and clinical training to refresh and enhance the current sales training and development curriculum. The refreshed curriculum and content will focus on developing productive Inspire programs referred to as ecosystems. This role will curate training programs that will result in consistent sales performance for both new hires and legacy field sales personnel. In addition, the role will provide tools and training for sales management to ensure they are well equipped to coach to the refreshed curriculum.
