About The Position

The position involves directing, designing, developing, and delivering training programs to employees and senior management in alignment with company initiatives and strategies. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 5 years of sales or account management experience.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels.
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Advanced skill in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Willing to travel up to 25% of the time for business purposes.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Communications, Psychology, or Organizational Development.
  • Experience as Medline Field Trainer.
  • At least 3 years of Medline Sales experience.
  • Previous experience in training and development.

Responsibilities

  • Direct, design, develop and deliver training programs to employees and senior management.
  • Establish objectives for training programs including sales techniques and presentations.
  • Manage Sales Training team(s).
  • Identify key areas for training related development.
  • Partner with senior leadership to determine direction and focus of Sales training.
  • Oversee, design and develop sales & field training processes and programs.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs that produce a quantifiable ROI.
  • Manage and coordinate external training consultants.
  • Recommend and create training and development action plans.
  • Teach key sales and selling courses.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of a group of employees.
  • Contribute to budgetary impact and recommend new policies.
