The Director of Sales Training and Development reports directly to the SVP of Global Sales Training and Performance and Development. This position is responsible for leading and training consistent quality of delivery within Sales Presentations. The focus will be on above budget VPG’s in both Action Line and Inhouse while maintaining a commitment to Hilton Values as we conduct branded presentations across the company.
