Reporting directly to the Vice President of Portfolio, Strategy & Sales Operations, the Cardiology Training Director will lead and execute the strategic vision on training programs to equip our sales teams with the skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to drive success and achieve company goals. This is a highly collaborative, strategic role will partner with across the commercial organization to maximize effectiveness of the field sales training through strategic analytics, strategy development and execution tactics.
