ServiceNow is seeking a visionary and highly collaborative Director of Sales Systems and Tools Enablement to drive strategy, design, and delivery of the operational and systems enablement experience during a time of massive tech transformation. This is a pivotal, high-impact role at the intersection of sales systems and tools, closely aligned with the end-to-end sales operating model and methodology. You will oversee a team to create and implement the enablement blueprint that will empower the global field to leverage their changing tech stack to cultivate and drive sales opportunities effectively. You will oversee all sales and tools enablement programs and collaborate across Operations, Sales, Technology, and various Global Learning & Development teams. Your strategy and the team's work will align closely to the company's technical roadmap. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of sales tools and processes as well as outstanding collaboration and stakeholder management skills. They will have a bold, AI-first mindset - not only using AI tools in their work, but embedding them into design, delivery and measurement of programs.
