About The Position

ServiceNow is seeking a visionary and highly collaborative Director of Sales Systems and Tools Enablement to drive strategy, design, and delivery of the operational and systems enablement experience during a time of massive tech transformation. This is a pivotal, high-impact role at the intersection of sales systems and tools, closely aligned with the end-to-end sales operating model and methodology. You will oversee a team to create and implement the enablement blueprint that will empower the global field to leverage their changing tech stack to cultivate and drive sales opportunities effectively. You will oversee all sales and tools enablement programs and collaborate across Operations, Sales, Technology, and various Global Learning & Development teams. Your strategy and the team's work will align closely to the company's technical roadmap. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of sales tools and processes as well as outstanding collaboration and stakeholder management skills. They will have a bold, AI-first mindset - not only using AI tools in their work, but embedding them into design, delivery and measurement of programs.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, sales operations or sales systems and tools.
  • Expertise in complex sales cycles, processes, and sales tools.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow's tech stack and sales methodology is a major plus.
  • Track record of driving strategy and results with cross-functional teams, fostering strong and productive relationships.
  • Ability to establish executive sponsorship and secure support from diverse internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners to deliver programs successfully.
  • Proven success in scoping, designing, and implementing outcome-based enablement programs using adult learning principles.
  • Strong understanding of selling roles with the ability to translate to field-ready programs.
  • Knowledge of sales enablement methodologies, tools, Gen AI, and learning best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Initiative to Create a Sales Systems and Tools Enablement Strategy that aligns to our sales process and methodology, to integrate into the flow of work.
  • Drive Adoption of ServiceNow's Tech Stack through AI-forward, adult learning best practices that drive consistency and support business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders and Partner with Operations and Technology to co-create a prioritized roadmap for critical tools within the tech stack.
  • Lead, Coach and Direct a Team to design, build, and deliver high-impact programs aligned to business needs.
  • Innovate and Bring New Thinking to systems and tools enablement, using AI and continuously evaluating impact for ongoing adjustment based on data and feedback.
  • Build Sales Systems and Tools Understanding Across the Broader Enablement Organization, to ensure that relevant tools are incorporated into skills and sales process training for maximum clarity and impact.
  • Continuously Refresh Programs and Content based on changes in the tech stack and new AI and learning tools, to stay relevant and engaging for the field.
