You’ll dig into syndicated data, understand shopper behavior, and collaborate with Sales to execute campaigns that are both disruptive and profitable.   • Develop and lead the end-to-end Customer and Channel Marketing strategy for key business units.
  • Align national brand campaigns with retailer-specific execution plans across all channels.
  • Leverage shopper insights, POS data, and retailer-specific analytics to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Oversee the commercialization of all new products, developing retailer-specific selling stories.
  • Act as the strategic partner to the Sales and shopper marketing teams.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of all channel programs.
  • Inspire and mentor a team to be analytical, results-oriented, and channel-fluent experts.
  • 8+ years of progressive CPG experience in Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or Channel Marketing.
  • Deep understanding of the CPG retail landscape and omni-channel environments.
  • Fluency in P&L management and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) principles.
  • Proficiency in using syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI/Circana) and internal systems.
  • Ability to influence senior Sales and Marketing leaders.
  • A passion for plants, gardens, and green spaces.
