About The Position

To sustain this momentum, we need a strong sales operations function that equips our revenue teams to execute with clarity, consistency, and impact. We’re looking for a Director of Sales Operations to lead a team of sales operations professionals and managers, strengthening the systems, processes and data that power our revenue motions (Sales Development, Account Executives, Partner Sales, and Expansion Sales). Reporting to the VP of Operations, this leader will bring focus, discipline, and data-driven insight to help our sales organization scale and thrive.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a related technical/SaaS business (3+ in senior leader capacities).
  • Visionary leadership with a people-first approach, inspiring and motivating team members.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS B2B sales and marketing funnels, including key workflows.
  • Experience in sales methodologies and deployments such as MEDDICC, Customer Centric Selling, Challenger, SPIN, BANT.
  • Strong knowledge of sales operations and acceleration platforms such as SFDC, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, etc.
  • Innovative influence with a track record of providing thought leadership and deploying new strategies.
  • Exceptional business acumen with understanding of financials, SaaS revenue metrics, and overall business strategy.
  • Data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Strong executive communication skills to influence and drive action.

  • Experience supporting and scaling $300M+ revenue organizations.
  • Variety of Sales Operations experience across enterprise and SMB space.
  • Experience partnering with Marketing, Sales Enablement, Finance, and Product Marketing.
  • 4-year degree with further education in revenue operations or process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales operations team with a focus on cascading vision, strategy, and key prioritized initiatives.
  • Define GTM strategy in collaboration with the executive team, backing into an established operating plan to maximize sales revenue.
  • Ensure sales organizations are equipped with resources, processes, and technology to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Align strategic GTM efforts cross-functionally, collaborating across various departments to build trust and drive accountability.
  • Operate as a trusted advisor to Revenue leaders, shaping operational structures and processes to maximize revenue performance.
  • Partner with Revenue Analysts to ensure optimal sales reporting environment capturing holistic sales performance data.
  • Own or influence decision-making across sales systems and roadmap, driving optimization and forward strategy.
  • Define Rules of Engagement, resource top initiatives, and architect scalable sales processes across the buyer journey.
