About The Position

Americas Business & Sales Operations (BSO) is the center of excellence for cross-business execution performance, strategy & planning, and sales operations. We drive business transformation, operationalize programs, and accelerate Microsoft’s objectives across the Americas. We are looking to hire a Director, Sales Operations – Resource Design in Americas BSO to lead headcount and capacity planning for the Americas, partnering across BSO, Finance, and field leadership to ensure optimal workforce alignment and delivery excellence. You will be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, driving clarity, transparency, and rigor in all aspects of resource planning and utilization. The successful candidate will be data driven and analytic, enjoy problem solving and develop effective partnerships across the Americas Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team, operating unit chief of staff and business manager communities, core teams including WW customer success (CSU), and finance teams to support execution.
