Lead sales department through the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to achieve profit potentials and sales goal achievement commensurate with Smith Douglas Homes’ objectives. Create strategic marketing plans for new land opportunities, provide product and option recommendations including, establish competitive yet profitable pricing to ensure we’re at or below the pricing of our competition. Pricing should also allow for monthly, quarterly and annual volume and velocity metric goals to be obtained. Oversee all aspects of sales and marketing.
