The Director of Sales & Marketing Generics will support and grow customer relationships within the US Generic industry as the primary contact for all generic customers for Tolmar. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize market penetration and revenue growth within the generic pharmaceutical industry. The Director will identify new market opportunities and trends to stay ahead of industry developments, build new fulfillment channels for generic pharmaceutical products, and work with branded teams to create patient support programs. The position also requires collaboration with marketing and product development teams, attendance at S&OP meetings, and analysis of sales data to drive data-driven decision-making. The Director will represent the company at industry events and manage compliance of key support functions while developing and monitoring the budget for the functional area.
