Your Impact As the Sales Director for East, you will lead and scale growth across the region. This role owns strategy, execution, and results managing a team of high performing account executives selling into new customers and cultivating relationships with our existing enterprise accounts. You will work closely with the team and our customers to understand their business challenges and help them achieve their goals using OpenText solutions. You bring a proven track record in enterprise legal sales, the ability to execute go-to-market strategies, and the leadership skills to inspire and mentor your team. Your consultative approach, business acumen, and customer-first mindset will be instrumental in achieving growth targets and expanding OpenText’s footprint. Accountability for accurate forecasting, territory planning, and operational excellence within the region. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in legal technologies sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets and lead teams in achieving high performance.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise sales cycles, with experience managing complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to position solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced education in business or related fields is an asset.
