We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and resourceful individual that will be responsible for managing company customer and government contracts. The Director, Sales & Government Contracts is responsible for leading and managing customer contract key performance metrics and all government contracting activities across federal, state, and local agencies. This role ensures compliance with all contractual metrics and all applicable regulations. The Director serves as the subject matter expert for customer and government contracting and acts as a key liaison between legal, sales, compliance, supplier relations, and external customer and government stakeholders. This role reports directly to the Vice President, Sales Operations & Support.
