About The Position
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales & Experiences to lead revenue-generating initiatives and curate unique guest experiences at our hotel in Joshua Tree, CA. This role will focus on driving group sales, private events, and corporate retreats while also developing immersive on-property experiences that capture the spirit of Joshua Tree's natural beauty and artistic community. This individual will be located in the Twentynine Palms, CA area. This is a full-time, onsite, exempt position that reports to the General Manager. The salary range for this position is $70,000-$75,000.
