The Director of Sales Execution & Customer Engagement has responsibility for leading long-term strategic insights, planning and execution for Campbell's Snacks Sales and top customers. This includes the communication and project management of Annual Operating planning, strategic engagement and selling with top customers, development / tracking of retail execution KPIs, as well as management of Point-of-Sale materials. The Director will lead a team of approximately 6 employees and be expected to help design the future of Campbell's Snacks strategic planning process and deliverables. This role will be crucial as we look to drive our growth strategy and translate into applicable strategies for top customers.
