As a Director, Sales Excellence aligned to Search and Audience Advertising Sales, you will be leading a team of Specialists aligned to the North America region. Your remit will include refining the strategic vision for the team, and playing an operational advisor role to the Head of North American Sales. This opportunity will allow you to be an inspirational people leader who can create a culture where the team can deliver their best work. You will be able to advocate for the team’s needs and create strong partnerships with key stakeholders across MSA and Microsoft more broadly. This role will hone your skills in coaching and modeling strong operational rigor, creating compelling and concise narratives on business performance, define growth strategies for a successful digital advertising business, and enabling a modern sales team.
